Traffic diverted after chunk of road caves in near IIT Delhi

New Delhi/IBNS: A solid chunk of road caved in south Delhi under IIT flyover on Saturday causing traffic disruptions.

The massive whole in the road disrupted the vehicular movement from IIT to Adhchini and the traffic has been diverted to Katwaria Sarai, police said.

Reportedly, the whole is 10 to 15 ft long and rain water was seen flowing into it.

The area has been cordoned off by police and PWD is inspecting the whole.
