Suspected ISI agent arrested in Meerut

Meerut, Aug 16 (IBNS) The Special Task Force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh Police arrested a suspected agent of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in Meerut on Saturday, media reports said.

He was identified as Asif Ali.

" The Special Task Force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh Police on Saturday arrested a suspected ISI agent in Meerut. Asif Ali, who has been living in the city for some time now, is accused of handing over key information about the Indian Army to the Pakistan intelligence agency," CNN-IBN reported.

The police told the news channel it recovered "secret documents of the Indian Army, three mobiles and six SIM cards" from Ali.
