Supreme Court refuses to regularise contractual teachers in Bihar
New Delhi, May 10 (UNI) In a big setback to approximately 3.5 lakh contractual teachers in Bihar, the Supreme Court on Friday refused to regularise their jobs.
A division bench of the Apex Court, headed by Justices Abhay Manohar Sapre and Uday Umesh Lalit, while passing the order set aside the Patna High Court's order which had in its order directed regularisation of their jobs.
