PM Modi mourns ex-Chief Justice of India SH Kapadia's death

New Delhi, Jan 5 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday mourned the death of former Chief Justice of India Sarosh Homi Kapadia.
"A fine legal mind who enriched our judiciary, former CJI Shri SH Kapadia's contribution will always be remembered. Pained by his demise. RIP," Modi tweeted.
 
Sarosh Homi Kapadia was the thirty-eighth Chief Justice of India.
 
He also held interest in economics, public finance, theoretical physics, and Hindu and Buddhist philosophies.
 
He is survived by his wife and one son and a daughter.
