New Delhi, July 2 (IBNS): Pakistan on Sunday rejected India's request for consular access to Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav, a former Indian naval officer who was sentenced to death in April this year for spying, media reports said.

India on Saturday requested Pakistan to grant full consular access to Jadhav.

This is the fifth time when Pakistan rejected India's such request since arrest of Jadav from Balochistan province last year.

The request was made as both countries exchanged lists of prisoners lodged in each other’s jails.
