Omar Abdullah shares wedding pictures with Nidhi Razdan, says 'a new journey began'
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has married television journalist Nidhi Razdan, announcing the news on social media on Saturday.
Sources told News18 that the marriage was registered on Friday (October 30), while a function had earlier been held at Hari Niwas, near Srinagar's Dal Lake.
According to reports, the couple will host a private wedding reception with close friends and family members in Delhi on Saturday evening.
The exclusive gathering, expected to be a low-key affair, will be held at Kashmir House on Prithviraj Road in New Delhi, News18 reported.
The guest list for the reception is restricted to the couple's immediate family members and close friends.

Nidhi Razdan also shared pictures of the couple and tagged Omar Abdullah, writing: "It's done bro @OmarAbdullah."
The celebrations were attended by Abdullah's parents, National Conference president Farooq Abdullah and Mollie Abdullah, along with his three sisters and other close relatives. Razdan's parents, veteran journalist MK Razdan and Sarla Razdan, were also present, NDTV reported.
Omar Abdullah's marriage to Payal Abdullah, with whom he has two sons, was dissolved by the Supreme Court in July after the estranged couple reached a settlement and jointly sought a divorce by mutual consent.
The court proceedings brought an end to the matrimonial dispute, which had been litigated before multiple courts.
As part of the settlement, Omar and Payal Abdullah agreed to withdraw the cases they had filed against each other.
This is also Nidhi Razdan's second marriage.
