ISIS is one one of the best users of internet technology: Parrikar
New Delhi, Nov 23 (IBNS): Urging the Army on the need of enhancing capabilities to ensure protection from disruptive cyber attacks, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday said militant group ISIS is one of the best users of internet technology to promote their cause.
"ISIS is one of the best user of internet technologies to promote their cause," Parrikar said.
"We need to ensure that we are protected from such disruptive cyber attacks or manipulations," he said.
He made the remarks while addressing the Def Com seminar.
