Bengaluru, Oct 3 (IBNS): The Karnataka government has said that it has identified the killers of Bengaluru journalist Gauri Lankesh but has kept the details under wraps to facilitate investigation, media reports said on Tuesday.

"We know who it is," state Home Minister Ramalinga Reddy told NDTV but refrained from disclosing the details.

Lankesh, a popular journalist who took stands against Right-wing ideology, was shot by unknown assailants outside her residence last month.

Actor Prakash Raj took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday, as no one has been arrested so far in the murder of journalist Gauri Lankesh, who was close to the actor, media reports said.
