Ex-army man of Pakistan nabbed by BSF in Samba, mobiles recovered

Jammu, May 9 (UNI): Alert troops of Border Security Force on Thursday arrested an ex Army man of Pakistan from along international border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.

"Our troops this morning noticed some suspicious movement near International Border in Samba sector," a senior BSF official here said.

He added that one person was arrested near the fence.

"As per initial reports, he is a retired army personnel from Pakistan and identified as Mohammad Afzal, aged around 35 years," he said.

The officer said two mobile phones had also been recovered from him while the matter is being investigated and reason behind his movement close to the border is being ascertained.
