"04451 Up Bhagalpur- Ananda Vihar Chhat Puja special will leave Bhagalpur at 14.00 hrs and reach Ananda Vihar at 15.15 hrs. the next day. 04452 Dn Ananda Vihar Bhagalpur will leave Anand Vihar at 10.45 PM the next day and will reach Bhagalpur at 12.00 PM the next day," read a government statement.
The trains according to an ER press release, will have only general second class coaches.
