Chandigarh: Narendra Modi meets Francois Hollande

Chandigarh, Jan 24 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday met French President Francois Hollande in Rock Garden area here on Sunday.


"Cementing a historical friendship... President @fhollande with PM @narendramodi in Chandigarh. @Elysee," PMO India tweeted.

"After the Rock Garden, the Capitol Complex is where President @fhollande and PM @narendramodi are visiting," it said.

Modi earlier in the day warmly welcomed French President FrançoisHollande on his arrival in India.

Modi will meet President François Hollande in Chandigarh and Delhi.
