Car catches fire on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway

Greater Noida, May 28 (UNI) A car caught fire at sector 148 on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway on Tuesday.

The incident was reported at around 1100 hrs and no casualties have been reported, Knowledge Park Police Station SHO said.

A huge cloud of smoke was seen emanating from the car amid moderate traffic on the expressway.

The 27.9 kms-long Expressway stretches from Noida to Greater Noida's Pari Chowk.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
