At least five dead in Bihar hooch tragedy

Patna, Oct 28 (IBNS) : At least five people died on Saturday after consuming illicit liquor in Danwar village of Bihar's Rohtas district, media reports said.

Four other people ate stated to be battling for life in hospital, the reports said.

According to reports, the  Station House Officer (SHO) was suspended in connection with the incident.

Bihar has been under prohibition from April, 2016.

Last year, 13 people died  under mysterious circumstances at a village in Gopalganj district. They had allegedly consumed illicit liquor.
