Ranchi, Dec 29 (IBNS) A 14-year old girl was allegedly gang-raped inside a moving Howrah-Amritsar Express by 3 army personnel after the victim mistakenly entered a compartment reserved for the army men, according to reports.

The girl boarded the train on Sunday and was forced to drink by one of the three men. She was raped soon after.

She was found unconscious and was rescued by social workers when the train stopped at Madhupur Station.

After informing the police about the incident, a Jawan was nabbed.

The detainee, Mandreesh Tripathi confessed his involvement and said he forced the minor to drink. The two other assaulted her.
