Patna, Aug 25 (IBNS): As counting progressed on Monday for by-elections to 10 assembly seats in Bihar, of the total 18 that went to polls in four Indian states, the alliance of Janata Dal-United, RJD and Congress led in majority of them, winning at least four of the seats so far.
