2 Indian doctors in Nigeria get back their passports: India

New Delhi, Aug 14 (IBNS): India on Thursday said two Indian doctors, who claimed to have been forced to stay in Nigeria against their wishes, have received their passports from their employers.

" Passports returned! Indian Doctors in Abuja have obtained passports from employers today," Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin tweeted.

"Facilitating return. After return of passports by employer 2 Doctors at r Mission in Abuja today v will facilitate their departure tomorrow," he said.

Four Indian doctors in Nigeria want to return to India out of fear of contracting Ebola virus which has hit the nation.
