JW Marriott Kolkata ready to welcome Chinese New Year with a special Oriental spread

Kolkata/IBNS: JW Marriott Kolkata is all set to welcome the Chinese New Year with a Oriental spread being served at its signature restaurant, Vintage Asia.

Curated by Chef Alexsander Cheng, the special set menu with premium cocktails and non-alcoholic concoctions, will be available until January 26.

The spread includes dishes like “Crispy Fried Prawns Sautéed with Black Pepper Sauce”, “Stir-Fried Radish Cake with XO Sauce”, “Shui Zhu Beef”, to name a few.

Keeping with the popular tradition of eating dumplings for every meal during the Chinese New Year, there will be “Steamed Chicken Siumai Topped with Caviar” and many other choices.

The selection of rice and noodles include “Fried Rice with Mix Vegetable Wrapped in Lotus Leaf”, Taiwanese style “Chinese Herbed Duck Noodle Soup”, and “Braised Hakka Pork Jasmine Rice with Egg & Tofu” among others.

Round up your meal with desserts such as “Lost in China - black sesame sponge, black & white tuile, black sesame ice cream with berry compote”.

Timing: Dinner (all days) - 7 pm to 11:45 pm; lunch on Saturdays – 12:30 pm to 3pm; brunch on Sunday (Set Menu) - 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
