Bengaluru traffic horror: Viral video shows residents waiting 30 minutes just to exit their own complex
Bengaluru has remained a traffic nightmare for commuters for several years.
However, a recent video shared online has highlighted a traffic-related challenge that even the city's most experienced traffic personnel might find difficult to tackle.
An Instagram user shared a video showing traffic congestion not on a busy Bengaluru road, but inside a residential complex.
The video, reportedly recorded around 2 pm on Saturday, shows cars moving slowly through the complex, highlighting the difficulties residents face while entering and leaving the premises.
The Instagram user claimed that residents had to wait for around 30 minutes simply to exit the complex.
The unusual situation quickly drew attention online, with several users commenting on the growing traffic and congestion in Bengaluru's residential developments.
One user wrote: “Perks of living in a project with mall inside. They should have given separate entry/exit. Still, the value of the project skyrocketed. Happy investors/owners and struggling residents.”
Another commented: “Yeah, in another two years this entire area will be non-liveable because of these bigger apartments.”
A third user wrote: “People are struggling to go out for office, yet some people flaunt this society.”
