Three Indian-origin men have been arrested in Canada in connection with a tow-truck-related shooting incident in Brampton, Ontario, while police continue their search for a fourth suspect.

Peel Regional Police said the incident occurred on October 7, 2025, at around 10:45 p.m., when an altercation broke out between two separate groups in a parking lot near McVean Drive and Castlemore Road. During the confrontation, firearms were discharged.

Police said one individual sustained minor physical injuries during the altercation.

Following the incident, investigators executed a search warrant on November 20 at a residence in Caledon, leading to the arrest of Manjot Bhatti (26), Navjot Bhatti (27), and Amanjot Bhatti.

The accused have been charged with multiple offences, including possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm and carrying a concealed weapon.

Investigators are continuing efforts to identify individuals from the other group involved in the incident and are actively searching for an outstanding suspect believed to have discharged a firearm. The suspect, as seen in an image released by police, is described as a South Asian male wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and white running shoes.

Police have urged anyone with information related to the incident to come forward.
