Fetus served court order by mommy for being a nuisance

Provo, Oct 25 (IBNS): In a hilarious incident, a mom to be served a legal notice to her fetus for being a nuisance, 12 hours before she gave birth to her daughter.

According to a Facebook post by American Fork Hospital in Utah, Kaylee Bays gave birth to her daughter Gretsel on the morning of Oct 19, but on Oct 16, two weeks away from her scheduled delivery date, she began to experience contraction.

"She thought for sure the baby was coming, but the pains stopped and she was back to work on Tuesday at the Fourth District Court. A little worn out and ready to get this baby here, Kaylee asked Judge Lynn Davis to sign an eviction notice," the post read.

The notice read, "Mommy is uncomfortable and running out of room for you! Too much heartburn, rib kicking, and I'm sick of waddling!!!"

Judge Lynn Davis, who happily signed the order, said he had not come across a similar case in his 31-year career.

Kaylee later joked that the baby didn't want to be "in contempt of court."
