Kabul: The Taliban has claimed its members have captured Naray District of Kunar Province in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, media reports indicate that after capturing (July 13) Malistan District of Ghazni Province, Taliban militants executed 43 civilians and ANDSF personnel, and imposed “Islamic Emirate” rules, especially targeting women.

Separately, after Taliban militants tortured and executed (July 24) five Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) personnel in Shakar Darah District of Kabul Province, outfit Spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid stated that the “incident” was being investigated, adding that ANDSF personnel who did not quit fighting would not remain safe.

Afghanistan is witnessing violence in recent times ever since foreign troops started moving out of the country.

The Taliban has started capturing several regions in the country.
