20 Kabul Police Academy recruits killed in suicide attack

Kabul, Aug 7 (IBNS): A suicide bomber on Friday blew himself up near Afghanistan's Kabul police academy, resulting in the loss of lives at least 20 recruits.

This is the second major attack in Kabul in less than 24 hours.

The attack took place when cadets were returning to the academy.The area was cordoned off following the attack.
