Centurion, Jan 17 (IBNS): South Africa defeated India by 135 runs in the second Test of the series to grab the title here on Wednesday.

India were bowled out for 151 runs.

Indian batsmen surrendered in front of the mighty South African attack.

It was only Rohit Sharma who tried to give some resistance to the opponents with his 47 runs knock.

The remaining attack surrendered helplessly.

Pacer Mohammed Shami contributed 28 runs with his willow.

Lungi Ngidi remained the top of the South African attack as he picked up six wickets by giving away 39 runs.

India were posted a target of 287 runs with South Africa adding 258 runs in the second innings.

India will once again return to the country without winning a series in the rainbow nation.
