Dubai/IBNS: Former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is seen enjoying probably at a hotel in Dubai ahead of the delayed 13th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL).

A picture, which has been shared by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Twitter, shows Dhoni and former Australian allrounder Shane Watson in a single frame.

CSK suffered a blow in Dubai after its several members were infected with Covid-19.

Also, Dhoni's confidante Suresh Raina returned to India skipping the tournament over his personal reasons.

The IPL, which is usually held between March and June, was delayed in 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic in India.

As the Covid-19 situation is still grim in the Asian country, the Indian cricket board had decided to move the mega T20 tournament out of the country.

The tournament will kickstart on Sept 19.
