Sania-Hingis reach Rome final

Rome, May 16 (IBNS) Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza and her doubles partner Martina Hingis on Saturday stormed to the final of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia by beating Caroline Garcia and Katarina Srebotnik here.

In a hard-fought clash, the Indo-Swiss pair beat their opponents  6-2, 7-6(5).

With the semi-final victory, the pair secured a return to No.1 on the Road To Singapore doubles leaderboard.

They have scored 90% winning percentage together.
