Sachin Tendulkar appreciates MS Dhoni for completing 100 stumpings

Mumbai, Sept 4 (IBNS): Former Indian captain Sachin Tendulkar has appreciated cricketer MS Dhoni as he added one more feather to his cap when he completed his 100 stumpings in ODI cricket.

He achieved it during the fifth match of the ODI series against Sri Lanka at R.Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Sunday.

Tendulkar tweeted: "Who said lightning doesn't strike twice? Today it did for the 100th time! Well done, @msdhoni! Keep them coming :-) ."

Dhoni dislodged Akila Dananjaya's bailsto complete his 100th stumpings in the career.

He is now ahead of retired Sri Lankan wicket-keeper Kumar Sangakkara.

He had achieved 99 stumpings in his career.
