Sonepat, July 27 (IBNS): An accused, who may have 'spiked' athlete Narsingh Yadav's food, leading to him testing positive for a banned substance, has been identified, reports said.

The accused is a teenager and has been identified by SAI's Sonepat Complex's chef.

The teenager has reportedly confessed to his crimes, reports said.

Meanwhile, Yadav, who will be replaced by Parveen Rana in the Rio Olympics, filed a written complaint in a police station near Panipat on Wednesday.

"I am ready to face the NADA committee because I am confident that there is foul play. I want the guilty to be caught because I have never failed a dope test," the wrestler told NDTV.

He has also been handed a provisional suspension.
