New Delhi, Nov 9 (IBNS): Uttar Pradesh's left-arm spinner Shiva Singh, playing in a CK Nayudu Trophy match, tried something unconventional when he attempted to disrupt his opposition batsman with his bizarre bowling style.

The umpire, however, called it a 'dead ball'.

The bowler surprised every person as he performed a full 360 degree twirl in his run-up before leaving the ball.

The incident occurred during a clash between Bengal and Uttar Pradesh in Kalyani.

The footage of the delivery has gone viral on the social media.

Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association tweeted: "What are your thoughts on Shiva Singh's 360° delivery in the CK Nayudu Trophy game against Bengal ?"

Former Indian spinner Bishan Bedi said: "Law Blog: 360 spinner - clever or distraction? https://www.lords.org/news/blogs/the."-laws-blogs/the-laws-blog/law-blog-360-spinner-clever-or-distraction."
