Mumbai/IBNS: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli lauded his Chennai Super Kings (CSK) counterpart Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who Sunday played a match-winning knock to take his team to Indian Premier League (IPL) final, succeeding his off-form.

In a tweet, Kohli, who is also the Indian cricket captain, said, "Anddddd the king is back the greatest finisher ever in the game. Made me jump Outta my seat once again tonight."

Chasing a target of 173 against Delhi Capitals, CSK went off to a poor start losing key player Faf du Plessis in the first over.

The innings was then anchored by Ruturaj Gaikwad (70 off 50) and Robin Uthappa (63 off 44).

Towards the end when the match could have gone either way, Dhoni slammed 18 off just six balls with the help of three fours and one six to chase down the target.
