I want to play cricket again: Sreesanth
Speaking to reporters, Sreesanth, who has played 27 Tests for India, said: "I know I have got movie offers but I am a cricketer first. I want to play cricket again."
"I will make sure I am fully fit and bowl those outswingers again," he said.
The court also dropped charges against others cricketers Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan.
"I am looking forward to get back to the game again," Ankeet Chavan told reporters.
Sreesanth, a member of the Rajasthan Royals team in IPL was handed a life ban by the Board of Control for Cricket in India in 2013 for his alleged connection in spot-fixing.
On May 16, 2013, the Special Cell of Delhi Police carried out raids in Mumbai and arrested Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan - all Rajasthan Royals players-on charges of spot-fixing.
During the arguments on framing of charges, the police had referred to telephonic conversations among players.
The Police had also alleged that call detail records clearly reflect the links the accused persons had with a crim syndicate.
The court had earlier declared underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and his aide Chhota Shakeel as proclaimed offenders. Both are away from the country.
Recently, a Supreme Court-appointed panel headed by former Chief Justice of India R.M. Lodha, suspended Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals for two years each due to betting.
