Honda Racing India team gears up for Round 4 of 2023 IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup NSF250R

Mumbai: As the adrenaline-fuelled action continues, the Honda Racing India team has reached the Madras International Circuit (MIC) in Chennai for Round 4 of the 2023 season of IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup NSF250R.

The weekend championship will feature 14 young riders competing on purpose-built Honda NSF250R motorcycles in the IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup. These motorcycles are specifically designed for Moto3 racing, offering a highly competitive platform.

In Round 3 of the FMSCI Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship encountered an unfortunate incident, leading to a temporary halt in the competition.

However, in the Round 2 final race, Shyam Sundar from Chennai achieved a glorious victory by securing the first position with his proper skill and perfectly timed manoeuvres.

Commenting on Round 4, Yogesh Mathur, Director, Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India said, “As we gear up for Round 4 of the IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup at Madras International Circuit, the anticipation is getting palpable as we come near to the culmination of the 2023 competition.

“We are excited to witness an extraordinary blend of passion, precision, and pure speed of our young riders. They have honed their skills and are ready to

demonstrate their unwavering determination and riding skills this weekend. We have immense confidence in the abilities of all our riders for this round and are looking forward to a power-packed performance."

Round 2 of the IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup NSF250R witnessed an enthralling 8-lap showdown where Shyam Sundar, AJ James, and Raheesh Khatri fearlessly battled for the top positions.

Vouching for his extraordinary skills and impeccable timing, Shyam Sundar achieved a glorious victory, securing the first position as he completed the final race.

Not far behind, AJ James put up a tough fight, finishing the race in the second position. Mumbai's Raheesh Khatri earned his first-ever podium finish in the category, impressively completing the race in third position.

The team is diligently preparing to deliver the power-packed performance this weekend at Madras International Circuit.
