Bumrah, Ashwin shine as India beat Sri Lanka by 238 runs in Pink Ball Test

Bengaluru: India demolished Sri Lanka in the Pink Ball Test by beating the visitors by 238 runs here on Monday.

India won the series 2-0, marking the beginning of Rohit Sharma as Test skipper with victory.

India bowled out Sri Lanka for 208 runs in the second innings.

Ravichandran Ashwin picked up four wickets while Jaspri Bumrah scalped three to destroy the opponents.

Axar Patel took one wicket and Jadeja picked up two to leave Sri Lanka in trouble.

Dimuth Karunaratne remained the top scorer for the visitors as he scored 107 runs.
