Kolkata, Apr 9 (IBNS) : The 'Ritwik Ghatak Film Festival' , which is organized by Ritwik Ghatak Memorial Trust and Priya Entertainments Pvt Ltd to pay tribute Ghatak's works, was inaugurated on Friday at Priya Cinema Hall in south Kolkata.
The festival was inaugurated by National Award Winning filmmaker Goutam Ghosh and Ghatak's daughter Samhita Ghatak.

Director Goutam Ghosh said he was very happy to be a part of such an initiative.

" Being a young filmmaker I became a disciple of Ritwik Ghatak. I had the oppurtunity to be associated with him for a year," he recalled.
