Neepabithi's 'Tagore on the Highway' launched

Kolkata, April 10 (IBNS): Commemorating world poet Rabindranath Tagore’s 153rd birth anniversary, singer Neepabithi Ghosh on Thursday launched her new album “Tagore on the Highway” at the Crossword Bookstore here.

Speaking on the launch and the reason behind the title of the album, Ghosh said : “While me and my friends were returning from a musical trip and we were singing on the country sides in the train and that is how the title came into being.”

She said the album was conceptualized, designed, produced and sung by her.

Singers Sidhu, Surojit Chatterjee and elocutionist Sujoy Prosad Chatterjee  were present at the event.
