Ambatrao woos Puneites' hearts with 'Sanngto Aika'

Mumbai, Oct 13 (IBNS): Marathi superstar Sachin Pilgaonkar starrer 'Sanngto Aika' is winning hearts all over Pune.

Viewers from the cultural capital of Maharashtra have loved the film and highly praised Sachin’s performance in the film.

The film deals with the sensitive topics that affect the day-to-day life of a village in rural Maharashtra. Sachin Pilgaonkar’s character highlights the issues his villagers have to face and becomes the harbinger of change despite being caught up in vile controversy.

Sachin Pilgaonkar is at his best in this film, which collected 50 lakh rupees on its first day at the box office. ‘Sanngto Aika’ collected more than Rs 2 crore over its first weekend in theatres across Maharashtra.

Hailed as Sachin Pilgaonkar’s comeback film, it has attracted a massive audience across the state.

‘Sanngto Aika’ stars Sachin Pilgaonkar, Bhau Kadam, Vaibhav Mangle, Jagannath Nivangune, Milind Shinde, Pooja Sawant, Madhav Abhyankar, Sanskruti Balgude and Vijay Chavan, and is produced by Vidhi Kasliwal with Landmarc Films. Directed by Satish Rajwade, the film was released on Oct 2 all over Maharashtra.
