Yogi attacks Priyanka for calling Ram Janambhoomi a 'disputed land'
Lucknow, Mar 31 (UNI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday asked Congress general secretary in charge of Eastern UP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to clarify why Ram Janmabhoomi was a disputed land and why she had not worshiped of Ram Lalla during her visit to Ayodhya recently.
“Priyanka Vadra’s recent statement that she did not go to Ram Janmabhoomi during her recent visit to Ayodhya because it is a disputed land is disrespect to Hindus. Where Ram Lalla is in place, how it can be disputed?” Yogi asked the Congress leader through a tweet here on Sunday.
“Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya is a symbol of Hindu faith. In the view of the country and the world Ayodhya is associated with Ram Janmabhoomi,” he said. “I want to ask Ms Vadra, that if on September 30,2010, the Special bench of the Allahabad High Court admitted in its decision that place where Ram Lalla is seated, is actually Ram Janmabhoomi, so how did it become a disputed place?”
“Priyanka Vadra did not visit Ram Janmbhoomi, just because she feels that a section of society will be upset. And because of this she is calling the matter of Hindus faith disputed,” he said in his tweet.
In another tweet, the CM alleged that the issue of Ram Janmabhoomi is not being solved because whenever the Supreme Court is hearing the matter, a battery of lawyers deputed by the Congress attempts to delay this case unnecessarily.
