Woman office executive in Gurugram allegedly chased by three men in car on Monday night
The incident took place on Monday, when she was returning from her work around midnight.
According to the police complain filed by the woman, the men followed her as soon as she left her office located in Sector 18 of Gurugram.
The men allegedly chased her along the relatively lonely Old Delhi-Gurugram Road.
The young executive said that the men called out to her to stop and even tried to corner her.
As she tried to avoid them by speeding away, the men gave up the chase near the Atul Kataria Chow, according to media reports.
As the woman was asked to go from one police station to another owing to jurisdiction issues, she visited the police commissioner's office on Tuesday afternoon and got her complaint registered.
The FIR was finally lodged at the Sector 14 police station.
According to media reports, the police are relying on CCCTV footage for the identity of the men or the car, and the fact that the car's registration umber starts with HR-57.
