West Bengal: TMC union's hawkers demonstrate, hurl bombs at Baruipur rail station

Kolkata/South 24 Parganas, Jun 4 (IBNS): During a protest against the Railway Protection Force (RPF), a large number of hawkers, under the banner of Trinamool Congress (TMC)'s labour wing INTTUC, allegedly threw at least 14 crude bombs at Baruipur Railway Station premises in West Bengal's South 24 District on Saturday, reports said.

According to reports, when the RPF tried to evict unauthorized hawkers from the station compound, they  started  the demonstration and hurled several crude bombs.

Till the last update came in, thousands of hawkers, holding the flags of INTTUC, are demonstration at Baruipur station against the eviction drive of the RPF.

The eviction process have not been begun so far.
