The BJP Parliamentary Board met on Sunday evening in the national capital here Delhi to review the Assembly polls results in both the Indian states.

"The BJP accepts these results with deep sense of humility. We thank voters of Haryana and Maharashtra for the poll results," Nadda said after the meeting.

He said the results also reflected the wonderful blend of the leadership of the Prime Minister and the organizational skills of BJP president Amit Shah.

"The Congress has been reduced to the third spot. It happened due to its corruption and mis-governance," Nadda said.

"We will form BJP governments in both Haryana and Maharashtra," he said.

The BJP surged ahead in the key state of Maharashtra leading and winning in 123 seats in the 288 member assembly emerging as the single largest party though short of a clear majority, but is all set to form the next government in Haryana snatching it again from Congress by bagging almost 47 of the 90 seats.
