Uma Bharti, Rajiv Pratap Rudy resign as ministers from Modi government

New Delhi, Aug 31 (IBNS): Union ministers Uma Bharti and Rajiv Pratap resigned on Thursday evening ahead of possible cabinet reshuffle of the Modi government a day after, media reports said.

According to some news reports, both may get organisational roles of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

While Uma held the portfolio of the Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation ministry, Rudy was the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in the BJP government at the Centre.
