Two panchayat secretaries suspended for negligence in Chattisgarh
Janjgir-Champa, June 1 (UNI) District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Ajit Vasant has suspended two panchayat secretaries for negligence.
Woman secretary of Malni panchayat in Jaijaipur block and secretary of Dhurkot panchayat have been suspended for negligence. They have also been accused of committing financial irregularities.
During suspension period, Malni panchayat secretary will remain attached to Jaijaipur headquarters while Dhurkot panchayat secretary will remain attached to Dabhra headquarters.
The action has been taken against them by the District Panchayat CEO on the basis of several complaints of negligence and financial irregularities received against them. During inquiry the complaints were found right.
