Two LeT terrorists killed in Awantipora gunfight

Srinagar, June 14 (IBNS): Two terrorists were killed during an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Awantipora area on Friday.

The terrorists have been identified as Irfan Degu and Tasaduk Amin. 

They belong to Lashkar-e-Taiba group.

Kashmir Police Zone tweeted: "#Awantipora #encounter update: 02 killed #terrorists identified as Irfan Degu & Tasaduk Amin. Affiliated with proscribed terror outfit #LeT. Were wanted by law for #complicity in #terrorcrimes. #Arms & ammunition recovered. Case registered. @JmuKmrPolice."

Police said arms and ammunition were recovered from the spot.
