Turkey Ambassador urges increased air connectivity
New Delhi, June 16 (IBNS): Republic of Turkey Ambassador Burak Akcapar called on Civil Aviation Minister P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju on Monday.
"The Ambassador stressed on the need to increase air connectivity between Turkey and India by increasing the number of flights operating between the two countries," the Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation said in a statement.
He also urged to provide connectivity to different states in India for the promotion of trade and tourism.
The Minister agreed to study various issues raised by the Ambassador and to mutually resolve the same after due deliberations.
