Three kids drown in a water pit
Anantapur, Mar 16 (UNI) In a tragic incident, three kids including two siblings, drowned in a water pit at Hamali colony on the outskirts of the city on Saturday.
Police said the deceased Durga Prasad (5), Rihan (6) and Ayan (3) fell in the water pit while playing and drowned.
Rihan and Ayan were siblings and their parents Mohammad and Jameena are construction workers.
The water pit was dug up to store water for the construction of a building.
