Thousands of Twitter users globally face outage in using app

New Delhi/IBNS: Microblogging site Twitter Inc's website and apps were reported down across the world on Friday.

According to outage tracking website Downdetector, nearly 15,000 users reported the outage.

The site has been now restored.

Twitter did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
