In the special pooja several party Legislators including Dattatreya Patil, Dr Ashwathnarayan, State General Secretary Ravikumar, among others were present in the Homa and Havana performed.

The mood in the 'Jaganath Bhavan' was of an upbeat, as almost all the Agencies, which had conducted the exit-poll on Lok Sabha election had given promising results in favor of the Saffron party.

During the Special Puja, which lasted for about one hour, prayers were also offered for good rain in Karnataka, which is reeling under severe drought condition, apart from political power to Narendra Modi at the Center and to Yeddyurappa in Karnataka.
