Telugu comedian Ali joins YSRCP

Hyderabad, Mar 11 (UNI) Ahead of the LS elections, Prominent Telugu Actor and comedian Ali joined YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) at its party headquarters Lotus pond here on Monday.

He joined the party in the presence of YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Jagan welcomed Ali, whose full name is Mohammad Ali Basha, into the party with the party kanduva.

Later talking reporters, Ali said that he would campaign for the party and would like to see Jagan as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

"I won't contest in the elections," he added.

It may be mentioned here that Telugu actor Prudhvi Raj also recently joined YSRCP.
