Sonia Gandhi complains of stomach upset, admitted to hospital

New Delhi, Oct 27 (IBNS): Congress president Sonia Gandhi was admitted to hospital on Friday with stomach upset, media reports said.


His son and Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Friday said her condition was better.

She caught the disease when she was in Shimla.

"Ma was in Shimla & caught a stomach bug so we got her back. Nothing to worry, she's much better. Thanks for the tremendous love and concern," rahul Gandhj's Office tweeted.

 

 

As per reports, the Congress leader is currently admitted in the  Sir Ganga Ram Hospital here.

According to Dr. D.S. Rana, chairman (Board of Management), Sir Ganga Ram Hospital: "Ms. Sonia Gandhi was brought to the hospital today evening at 5 p.m. on October 27, 2017. She has been found to be suffering from upset stomach. Ms. Gandhi has been admitted for observation."
