Shashi Tharoor demands action on hate crimes against Christians

Thiruvananthapuram/UNI: Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Monday demanded action on various incidents of hate crimes against Christians.

He said this while addressing the 25th anniversary celebrations of the consecration of Rev Dr Vincent Samuel as the first Bishop of Neyyattinkara Diocese in this district.

"Addressed the 25th anniversary celebrations of the consecration of RevDr VincentSamuel as the First Bishop of Neyyattinkara Diocese. Informed the audience that I had written to the National MinoritiesCommission seeking action on various incidents of hate crimes against Christians," Tharoor tweeted.
