Russian troops arrive in Pakistan to participate in joint exercise

Islamabad, Sept 23 (IBNS): A contingent of Russian ground forces reached Pakistan on Friday to participate in the first everPak- Russian joint exercise.

The joint exercise will commence from Sept 24.

The exercise will continue till Oct 10, officials said.

Director General Inter-Services Public Relations Asim Bajwa tweeted: "A contingent of Russian ground forces arrived Pak for 1st ever Pak- Russian joint exercise (2 weeks) from 24 Sep to 10 Oct 2016."
